TomorrowWorld – Tips for getting Tix

So, I have already started a countdown for September 27, 2013 but I realized I should figure out how I’m going to get tickets to TomorrowWorld before I fantasize about the mega-event any further. Here is what I have uncovered…..
Global Journey Packages have been on sale since 4/24
USA Ticket Sale is Saturday, April 27th at 11AM EST
Worldwide Ticket Sale is May 4th 11AM EST
First of all, stop reading this and PRE-REGISTER NOW.You must have a verified email address, you must turn 21 by September 25th 2013, and you must be a US resident (screening is based on payment method-gotta have a US billing address).
Whoever’s name is on the ticket is who gets in with it. If you purchase a ticket for someone else, there is a step that must be taken after the purchase to register the correct name of the actual ticketholder. Ticket orders are limited to 4 per person. TomorrowWorld is doing a great job preventing ticket scalping by making ticketholders match names upon entrance to the festival. Another great aspect of this system is that, despite the rigidity of it, you can sell your ticket back to TomorrowWorld if you need to (for face value) and people who cannot purchase before the event sells out have the opportunity to buy those abandoned tickets (for face value) in the same place…at the Exchange Desk! When tickets sell out, theWaiting List begins. You must register to be on this list, which operates on a first come, first serve basis…so get on it ASAP!
So, this is what the buying process will look like:
1) Pre-register
2) Ticket purchase: a link will be sent to your registered email that will allow you to enter the ticket shop at your on-sale date and time
3) Payment (all paid in full, no payment plans) payment methods allowed for USA sale: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Diners
4) After payment completion, a confirmation email will be sent to you. (not your actual ticket, this cannot be used to gain access to the festival)
5) Official TomorrowWorld bracelets will be sent in the mail. In a fancy box :)

Types of Tickets and Packages:
Global Journey Packages are for those coming to Georgia from far, far away. These packages vary, depending on departure locations. They can combine airfare, accommodations, local transportation, and the festival pass.
Full Madness Passes are the basic festival pass for the entire weekend (Friday, September 27th – Sunday, September 29th)
Comfort Passes are basically the VIP upgrade.
DreamVille (the camping area) passes have to be bought at the same time as Full Madness Passes (or Full Madness Comfort Passes). This allows entry to the DreamVille area, which is open from Thursday, September 26th at 11AM – Monday, September 30th at 2PM. Oh, and this also allows you access to The Gathering, which is the “official warm up party” on Thursday, September 26th

DreamVille passes are purchased per person, not per tent. However…you can go in with some friends and buy an Easy Tent 5 Day Pass. These come in 2 person or 4 person Tent Packages. Easy Tents come with air mattress, mattress cover, sleeping bags (one per person), a night light, and access to separate Easy Tent sanitary facilities.

The numbers:
Full Madness Pass = $347
Magical Friday, Incredible Saturday, and Glorious Sunday Passes = all $127 each day (upgrade to Comfort Pass = $297 each day)
Full Madness + DreamVille 5 Day Pass = $397
Full Madness Comfort + DreamVille 5 Day Pass = $927
2 Person Tent Packages:
2 Person Tent Full Madness + DreamVille Easy Tent 5 Day Pass = $1,134 ($567/person)
2 Person Tent Full Madness Comfort + DreamVille Easy Tent 5 Day Pass = $2,194 ($1,097/person)
4 Person Tent Packages: same as above…but for 4 people it’s $2,268 or $4,388 for a Comfort Pass upgrade
Then there are Relax Rooms, which are just ridiculous and private and clean and if I had $4,044 (Comfort upgrade = $5,104) extra I would totally get on board. Well, that is split between two people.

Oh….and some of the line-up is already out and it’s beautiful…A-Trak, Alesso,Axwell, Delta Heavy, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Excision, Ferry Corsten, Figure, Gramatik, Grandtheft, Hardwell, Jamie Jones, NiT GriT, Porter Robinson, Rusko, Savoy, Sebastian Ingrosso, Sound Remedy, and Zomboy!!!!!
